whats up youtube it's been here with another video and today I'm going to be doing my first-ever hair tutorials I've gotten a couple of questions about my hair so I figured I'd do a hair tutorial they're also pretty popular on youtube so i think it will help the channel grow so my hair is pretty long on the top out at the longest point it's about six inches and it tapers back and what I mean by that is it just gets shorter and shorter and shorter as it goes towards the back of my head so it's pretty short back here and really long up here I get a lowball paper on the side and on the back and my barber usually just use the Clippers in the comb but if i was to estimate a number of the Clippers out say it's about three or four it's pretty pretty sure i don't know if this haircut would be considered disconnected or not but i think it would just because it's really short on the sides and really long on the top so that's the haircut so the first step is to have wet hair like I do right now and then what you're going to want to do is towel-dry to give most of the water out of your ear once you have your hair towel dried it's time to put in your first product I use the sea salt spray just because they give your hair a lot of texture and it gives your hair nice waviness to it this is the brand that i use right now I'm not too particular on which brand i use i just use this right now because it works i'm pretty sure you can get this anywhere and it's all sea salt spray so just use whatever works the best for you this is just what i'm using right now so how you put this in your hair is you just spray in your hair once you have to see salt spray throughout your hair you're going to want to get your blow dryer and you're going to want to spread your hair like this give a texture and dry and just keep scratching and drying and scratching and drying before I do this I just want to say i use a low heat so i don't have to use he protected it takes a little bit longer but if you want to be really quick you can buy protectant spray director Harrington dried on hot and it will dry lock-picker also while you're drying your hair if you have a direction to your hair make sure you blow in that direction for the most part i usually go this way with my hair so i usually put the blow-dryer like this while i'm stretching and i'm drawing so my hair is pretty much dried and as you can see it has a lot of texture to it right now and a little bit of a wave to it so this is what I wanted the sea salt spray to do it did its job and now it's time to put some actual hold in that hair and what i use the wax i use about two fingers worth and just run it all the way throughout my hair i use a high hold a minimum shine because my hair is pretty fine and it's pretty straight so it doesn't hold very well so what you're going to want to do is wrote the wax between your hands make sure that you rub it well it's pretty warm because if it cools down it will dry up and it'll be really hard to run through your hair just make sure that you go under and in on your roots because that's what gives your hair the whole and then once you have it in your roots what I like to do is just get everywhere else you can shake your hair just calls back my love back guys got these days it back I've been chasing ya just about ok once that's and you're pretty much done you just have the shaper hair2wear you like it on this part i just kind of go back and make sure that it stays back because this side of my hair always seem to go like this I like it up top of my head so I usually just go back and around with this and on the sides i kind of do that too just because it makes it look really clean and then for this side just kind of let it do whatever it does just because I like the messy look up top so this is the finished product I hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial please hit that like button if you enjoyed the video or thought it was helpful and hit that subscribe button if you haven't already and I'll see you guys next week with another video.
